Rubber Refiner Mills are used to make reclaim crumb sheets, which are used in a variety of rubber and footwear industry products, such as the EVA sole recycling process. In comparison to the back roll, the front roll has a smaller diameter.

The Rear Rolls have a faster surface speed than the Front Rolls, which is a feature comparable to that of a traditional rubber mixing mill. The difference sized rolls spinning at significantly different speeds in your refiner mill, on the other hand, produce a high friction ratio.

Reclaimed sheets are stored and sold for a wide range of end products, including new tyres tubes, automotive floor mats, de-vulcanization for low-tech pressed or extruded rubber goods, tread rubbers, adhesives, sealing and tape compounds, moulded products.
